Stablfy Recognised at Equate25 as AI Innovation in Racing

Media Release

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA — 31 July 2025

Held at the iconic Flemington Racecourse earlier this month, Equate25 brought together the sharpest minds in racing, wagering, and digital innovation to explore the future of the industry.

With a focus on smart technology and sustainable growth, the event showcased leading organisations pioneering change, including Ciaron Maher Racing (CMR), introduced as one of the most innovative stables globally when it comes to leveraging data and technology.

Josh Kavlec-Cavanagh, Head of Data & Performance, Ciaron Maher Racing referenced their work with Stablfy to streamline race planning and improve stable efficiencies.

‘We started to do some work and partnered with an AI company called Stablfy… This is just one small component that we find will streamline efficiencies for us,’ said Kavlec-Cavanagh. ‘It gives a different way to look at the upcoming races, in a mobile format… an Assistant that brings up upcoming races for certain conditions that you liaise with that Generative AI solution.’

Stablfy’s Race Planner module uses upcoming races, generative AI layered with performance data from Punting Form to suggest ideal campaigns, compare trainer strategies, and remove guesswork in race placement. Combined with Stablfy Connect, the platform also enables trainers to deliver seamless, branded communications to owners, by email, voice, or video, with just a few clicks.

‘As the racing industry continues to modernise, tools like Stablfy help stables of all sizes work smarter, not harder,’ said Andrew Holmes, Stablfy Founder. ‘It’s about giving trainers time back, and giving owners a more professional, engaging experience.’
